New 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 RS Revealed with 450Hp Engine

Porsche has officially revealed “the most powerful 911″ street legal sport car the new 911 GT3 RS. The car will be debut at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show and will go on sale in Germany in early 2010.

Designing to be the supreme rear-veer impel sports car, the RS skin a bespoke account of the GT3′s 3.8-liter boxer engine. Peak yield climbs to 450 hp, which is 15 hp more than the model GT3. Backing up by a six-speed manual transmission with a short-throw gear lever, the new 911 GT3 RS can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in four seconds, before thumping a top hustle in overload of 314 km/h (195 mph).

Other performance tweaks embrace a wider front and rear stalk, a revised specially set-up Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) system and the active engine mounts (Porsche Active Drivetrain Mounts – PADM) that can change their stiffness and damping effect to resist the movement of the drivetrain in the bodyshell, and elective lithium-ion series (it weighs 10 kg/22 lbs excluding than a conventional control series).

The 2010 GT3 RS features a single two-tone paint ruse, complete fender flares, 19-inch wheels, an axis-mounted titanium exhaust order, and a heavy carbon-strand rear wing.

The Euro origin-price is Euro 122,400.- lacking rate-added tax and general specifications. In the U.S. the 2010 911 GT3 RS goes on sale in early spring of 2010 and will be priced at $132,800.
